We carry out a full internal and external inspection, using advanced damp and timber instruments to identify issues and link defects to building regulations. Where possible, we also assess drainage, rainwater goods, and roofing. The result is a formal written report you can use as evidence for third parties or even to renegotiate a property’s price before or during exchange. With the added convenience of key pick-up and drop-off from a local estate agent or the property itself, there’s no need for anyone to be present.

And to give even better value, if you choose us to carry out the remedial work, we’ll deduct the cost of the report from your quotation.
