About Us
Fresh Breeze Home was born in 2023 as a small one man operation based in East London. From day one, our mission was simple but ambitious: to bring integrity, expertise, and long-lasting damp and waterproofing solutions to homeowners who deserve better than patchwork fixes.
Fast forward to today, and with plans that stretch far beyond, our team has grown to over 20 specialists, forming a tight-knit, family-run company proud to be British through and through.
The Startup Phase
2023
- One founder, a van and a vision: fix damp problems thoroughly and transparently
- Early jobs in East London, testing methods, building trust
- Word of mouth referrals become our first steady flow of business
- We’ve now damp proofed hundreds of homes with only a 2.3% call-back rate, which shows the reliability of our work
Scaling Up & Stepping Beyond Borders
2024
- We began attracting talent from established firms, engineers and surveyors who believed in what we stood for
- Took on high-profile local projects: for example, damp-proofing a basement on Blackfriars Lane in partnership with AreaSq (a project with demanding standards and high visibility)
- Our reputation grew, and we were asked to work across London boroughs, in part driven by new damp & mould legislation
From London to Cyprus
2025
- We carried out a full damp-proofing job in Limassol, Cyprus, over 2,000 miles from home
- That project proved what we already believed: distance, architectural quirks, or climate won’t stop us from delivering excellence
- Back home, we now regularly partner with local authorities and boroughs, advising and executing work in response to evolving legal and building standards
Fresh Breeze Home has officially established its second branch in the West Midlands
2026
We’re pleased to announce that Fresh Breeze Home will soon be launching in the West Midlands, in collaboration with Marc Stone — a highly experienced and well-established damp proofing specialist who has been operating in the region for over 20 years.
Marc and his team of over 10 engineers will be joining under the Fresh Breeze Home brand, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of West Midlands property construction. This allows us to expand our specialist services in damp proofing, damp treatments, dry rot solutions, and overall property care into a new region.
This is a big step forward for us as we continue to grow and support more homeowners in protecting and improving their properties.
For our clients in London, it’s business as usual. Our operations remain unchanged, and we’re fully committed to continuing the same level of service across all existing and new projects.
